Frequently asked questions
What is plnnrly?
plnnrly is one system for agencies that work in projects and invoice hours: projects, hours, planning, clients, leave, documents and invoices, on the same data.
How do I see if a project is running over?
Per project you see how many hours have been worked and how many are left, updated with every hour logged. In the project list the hours turn red when the budget runs out. You can also require anyone who logs more than a task was estimated at to give a reason; those hours then go up for review.
Can I see who changed what for a client?
Yes. Every client and every project has an audit log: which field changed, the old and new value, who and when. Contacts, budgets, tasks, invoices and hours are in the same timeline.
Does the schedule take leave and public holidays into account?
Yes. Capacity planning starts from everyone's working hours. Approved leave, public holidays, days off, scheduled tasks and, in Pro, sick leave are deducted automatically, so you see who is really available.
Does plnnrly handle the HR side too?
Yes. Leave with approval and a separate balance for special leave is in every plan. Pro adds an employee profile per person with a personnel file and documents, plus sick leave and birthdays. You also record overtime and attendance. Payroll is not included.
What does plnnrly cost?
Standard costs €16 per user per month, Pro €22. Pro adds extended HR (employee profiles, sick leave, personnel files and birthdays), automations and the integration with your own AI tool. If you pay yearly, it's €14 and €20. Colleagues who only request leave and get scheduled get an employee account for €5 per month. All prices exclude VAT.
Does plnnrly work with Exact Online?
Yes. Invoices are created in Exact as sales invoices and can be emailed from Exact; plnnrly first checks whether the invoice is already there. Items, VAT codes, cost centres and payment conditions come from Exact, and you link your clients by their debtor number.
Can I bring my data with me?
You bring in your clients with a CSV file. How the rest of the switch works, we discuss in the demo.
Can I use plnnrly from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor?
Yes, in Pro. You create a personal token in plnnrly and use it to connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor or Gemini. Then you log hours, update work items and sprints, and read budgets and documents, within your own permissions. You can revoke the token whenever you like.
How is my data kept separate?
Every organisation has its own database and its own file storage, so your data never sits alongside anyone else's. You can sign in with two-factor authentication, which you can make mandatory for everyone.
Curious whether it fits your team?
We visit you, go through the way you work together and show what plnnrly can take off your hands. It takes one to two hours and costs nothing. After your request, we email you within one working day to find a time.
